Wonderful service and product

I bought the bag as a gift for my mom who is a fan of Roberta Pieri.
According to my mom, the bag is wonderful (thin and sturdy leather straps that do not cut into the shoulder, and a light tote bag in a pretty design).

The service of this shop is wonderful as well - Giovanni kindly let me know that the colour of the bag I had ordered, was not available and offered me other colour options. My mom loved the new colour. Service and delivery was quick.

Looking forward to purchasing more items in the future.
