Refund and exchange policy
The exchenge, return or refund for an unused item - complete with accessories - can take place free of charge within 14 days from the date of purchase, in the following conditions :
- Delivery of an item different from the one ordered
- Evident material defect/damage of the product*
*Please remember that natural leather is subject to being uneven and presenting discontinuities, these signs are not to be considered defects but rather characteristics of genuineness of the raw material used.
Where the exchange or return of the item is requested after 14 days , it may take place subject to payment of shipping and customs costs.
Once your item has been returned, inspected and approved we will send you an email and the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method.
